Rules and safety conditions

Dogs are welcome to join you on the paddle board. A life jacket is required for your dog at all times. Owners are responsible for their pets and their safety throughout the activity.

Children ages 3 and up are welcome to participate. Depending on their age, size, experience, and ocean conditions, children may paddle on their own board or join an adult on single, tandem or Mammoth boards. Life jackets are required for children and adults.

You are welcome to bring cameras and cell phones at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or water-damaged personal belongings.

When dolphins are present and conditions are safe, there may be an opportunity to enter the water. You must remain seated on your paddle board and carefully slide into the water following your guide's instructions.

Dolphins are wild animals. Encounters are entirely on their terms and can never be guaranteed. Never harass, surround, touch, grab, feed, or attempt to ride a dolphin.

Participation will be denied to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Safety comes first.

The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or recreational drugs during the tour is prohibited.

Feeding dolphins or any other marine wildlife is strictly prohibited.

Do not touch, grab, jump onto, ride, harass, or intentionally approach other marine wildlife. Always follow your guide's instructions and allow the animals to choose whether to approach.

All participants must follow the guide's safety instructions at all times. Ocean and weather conditions may require changes to the route, activity, or wildlife interaction for everyone's safety.

Dolphins are wild and free-ranging. Although sightings are common in our area, their presence, proximity, and behaviour cannot be guaranteed.
